Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Engineering or equivalent experience is required plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience or a Master Degree plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience to meet managerial expectations. Direct experience in Commodity Procurement is preferred.

We have an immediate opening for in our Supply Chain organization for a Project Procurement Manager to provide support for our program teams in addressing any procurement issues or needs that arise with our High Reliability Space Suppliers and will be the interface for our program teams to the industrial base that provide the technology and core components to meet our customer’s needs.
As a Project Procurement Manager you will work with the program within the six lines of business of GDMS to identify:
On top business pursuits, you will work with the proposal team to develop the supply chain strategies that enable GDMS to compete and win, as well as have a supply chain execution strategy that mitigates the supplier risks, and produces the desired business results. This position will directly support the proposal and procurement execution for the Command, Control, Communications, Computer, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Line of Business and will support special assignments such as:

Department of Defense Secret security clearance is preferred and candidate must be able to obtain clearance within 24 months of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
