  • Basic Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business equivalent is required plus a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree.


    Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

    Responsibilities for this Position

    General Dynamics Mission Systems has an immediate opening for an Ethics Analyst.  The position provides an opportunity to enhance the performance and profitability of an organization that supports some of our nation’s fundamental defense services.  General Dynamics Mission Systems employees work closely with esteemed customers to develop solutions that allow them to carry out high-stakes national security missions.



    Conducts Ethics Investigations in support of the GD Mission Systems Ethics Programs including analysis, interviews, and ethics report writing
    Assists with ethics communications and training for employees
    Assists with updating policies, procedures, and instructions to improve the ethics program
    Prepares and updates the ethics website on the HUB
    Assists with Sarbanes-Oxley related audits
    Supports assigned audits in accordance with the Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing
    May be responsible for autonomously planning audit work, performing fieldwork testing, preparing work papers and reporting audit findings and recommendations for process improvements to management

    Ability to analyze data associated with ethics investigations
    Ability to interview employees in support of investigations
    Considerable knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley audit requirements
    Considerable knowledge of the principles, theory, techniques, and Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing
    Considerable knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, Cost Accounting Standards, Federal Acquisition Regulation, Government Compliance
    Effective written and verbal communication
    Detailed oriented
    Proficient with MS Excel and Word
