    GDMS has an immediate opening for a Senior Program Manager.  The selected candidate will lead a team to design and deliver world-class RF Collection Systems in the area of Signals Intelligence (SIGINT). The Senior Program Manager will work among a talented and technically accomplished group of colleagues, and enjoy a flexible work environment where contributions are recognized and rewarded.

     

    The position will report to the RF Collection Business Lead within RF Intelligence Systems. 

     

    Responsibilities for this position include:

     

    • Managing a SIGINT program or set of programs in support of the RF Collection business area;
    • Working closely with RF Collection business area technical and management team to align business area capabilities, investments, and potential offerings for domestic and foreign intelligence markets;
    • Identifying opportunities and pursuit strategies for new SIGINT capabilities, including enhancements to current contracts;
    • Establishing and maintaining relationships with the Intelligence Community (IC) and Foreign USG Partners, representing RF Collection programs, capabilities and offerings;
    • Providing strategic leadership to ongoing programs and pursuits;
    • Developing and maintaining accurate orders and sales forecasts;
    • Fostering a team environment with program management, engineering and business development staff.

     

    Basic Qualifications:

     

    The Senior Program Manager requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.

     

    The candidate must demonstrate extensive expertise in the following areas: 

     

    • Direct interface and experience managing programs with USG Foreign Partners, to include foreign Direct Commercial Sales;
    • Program and portfolio management of restricted contracts for the USG;
    • Experience managing SIGINT programs, preferably those related to Satellite or Terrestrial Collection;
    • A detailed understanding of the SIGINT market place including major customers and industry competitors.

     

    In addition, the candidate must possess excellent written and oral communication skills and be willing to travel worldwide to support programs and business growth.

     

    Candidates must possess a TS security clearance at the time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
