  • Basic Qualifications

    • Associates degree in Electronics or related field is required.
    • One year of work experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
    • Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks to include lifting loads of moderate to heavy weight, lowering, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing, reaching, and others as needed to execute work assignments.
    • Must be able to work at outdoor locations at heights exceeding 20 feet.

    Candidates must be able to obtain a U.S. Department of Defense SECRET security clearance within a reasonable amount of time from date of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

     

    Successful completion of a background check and drug screen is required.

    Responsibilities for this Position

    • Perform Radar testing of Radomes to meet customer requirements
    • Understand Radar techniques in order to test aircraft Radomes as well as how Radome positioning systems work in relation to Radome coordinates
    • Experience with digital voltmeters, oscilloscopes, power meters, attenuators, and hoist systems
    • Proficient in MS Office including Word and excel
    • Experience ins use of radio frequency (RF) equipment
    • Experience with operation of positioning systems, encoder, and timing circuits
    • Good written and verbal communication skills
