GDMS operates, maintains, upgrades, and sustains the installed U.S. Radionuclide Particulate and the Radionuclide Noble Gas systems and station infrastructure to support the US monitoring effort as part of the International Monitoring System (IMS). The International Monitoring System (IMS) was established to detect worldwide nuclear weapons tests by an extensive monitoring network that includes seismic, infrasound, hydro-acoustic and radionuclide monitoring stations supporting the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty (CTBT).
REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES AND TASKS:
The successful candidate will manage and execute multimillion-dollar recapitalization efforts supporting US government projects. Primary responsibilities include working effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment, interfacing with vendors and stakeholders, and managing the design-build construction process of the project.
