Bachelor's degree in software engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent experience is required. Agile experience preferred.
Department of Defense SECRET security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

The Tactical Control System (TCS) program has an immediate opening for an entry level C++ Software Developer to join our team. We provide the Navy's AN/BYG-1 Submarine Combat System software to the entire submarine fleet. This position provides an opportunity to develop cutting-edge technical support for the United States Navy (USN) and Royal Australian Navy (RAN) Submarine Combat systems. Our close-knit team is passionate for delivering the best product to the Navy which them do their job to protect our Country. Our team works closely with the Submarine community to develop solutions that allow the Navy to carry out high-stakes national security missions.
The selected candidate will work with a team to code, unit test, integrate and document software solutions using C++ in a Linux environment. Also, to participate in research, design and development of software applications and tools. Responsibilities include developing enhancements, modifying existing software, coding, testing, integrating and documenting software solutions. Candidates should have good knowledge of software tools supporting Integrated Development Environments (IDE), version control, defect reporting and scripting. We are looking for candidates with a passion for innovation and a sophisticated understanding of software systems and applications.
