High School Diploma or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.

REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES AND TASKS:
Responsible for coordinating requirement management activities using DOORs
Conduct Quality Assurance reviews of "Requests for Information or Change" (VRIC) to ensure references to documentation and sections are accurate, proper grammar and form completness.
Coordinates reviews with customers
Provides constructive feedback to authors of the VRIC
This position is responsible for providing a full-range of administrative support to multiple managers within a business functional area(s)
The Administrator will manage multiple tasks to relieve management of administrative details and allow them to concentrate on other business activities
The Administrator is expected to demonstrate poise, initiative, trustworthiness, timeliness, precision, and adherence to confidentiality at all times
Provides administrative support and performs a variety of administrative activities specifically in support of a business functional area(s)
Works with limited supervision
Contact with internal and external co-workers, managers, directors, and executives, executive staff, employees, and administrative staff; external customers
Contacts are frequent with individuals representing other departments, and/or representing outside organizations
