Bachelor's degree in systems engineering, a related specialized area or field is required (or equivalent experience) plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
8+ years professional experience in systems engineering and product development
System verification, qualification, and acceptance testing techniques
Detailed understanding quality standards and processes for industry and government
Able to identify and resolve technical issues in the cross functional environment
Able to meet program timelines, while also ensuring compliance with quality processes
Use of simulation software is a strong plus
Cross functional collaboration and Product Development
Customer focus with excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Deep-dive analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to think creatively
Ability to quickly synthesize and clearly report relevant information

Candidates must be able and willing to obtain Department of Defense Secret security clearance within a reasonable amount of time after date of hire. An active Secret clearance is highly desired. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES AND TASKS:
System validation including test execution, data analysis and discrepancy reporting for operational based testing of hardware and software products to ensure readiness for government testing and fielding.
Report progress using data and metrics

Analyze requirements, design and interfaces to optimize total system of systems and/or system architecture, ensuring regulatory and system certification requirements are met
