    The Application Developer provides the interface for our employees and engineering teams to deliver customer success. In this role you will help define, develop and administer virtual workspaces for our employees. You will be designing, automating, integrating, testing and delivering virtual applications and desktops using various scripting languages and commercial products. We leverage Citrix to deliver our virtual workspace.

    What you bring to our team:

    Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering and/or related field or equivalent experience, plus 2 years of related experience or Master’s degree
    Ability to convert business stakeholder requirements to their desired business outcomes, and how they translate in application features
    Experience as a developer, systems integrator, systems engineer, or solutions architect designing and building applications
    Considerable knowledge of programming for operating systems and platforms using development tools and languages such as PowerShell
    Considerable knowledge of software design and programming principles
    Ability to performs unit and integration testing
    Conducts functional and non-functional testing
    Troubleshoots and debug applications
    Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving capability
    Evaluates existing applications to reprogram, update and add new features
    Develops technical documents to accurately represent application design and code
    Clear & concise oral & written communication skills
    A history that demonstrates a willingness to change ideas or perceptions based on new information or direction
    Ability to define requirements specification, solution design, prototype plans, develop and test code, solution release, and supporting issue analysis and resolution
    Agile experience preferred
    Experience working in an IT environment with cross-functional teams
