Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree.
A TS/SCI security clearance with the ability to obtain a Polygraph is required at time of hire. Candidate must be able to obtain the Polygraph within a reasonable amount of time from date of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
The selected candidate will serve as a Facilities Manager for the Department of Defense Cyber Crime Center (DC3), performing a variety of facility management related functions to include - Coordinate planning efforts with the Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) to support DC3 operations, Maintain facility lease space utilization databases related to facility management activities, perform facility planning and space assessments, and Review Statement of Work (SOW) to verify designs.
Suggested Qualifications: 13 years of professional experience without a degree; or 5 years of professional experience with a Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education; or 3 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree; or no experience required with a related PhD or JD. Consideration should always be given for the level of specific domain expertise.
