Linux Technician

Associate’s degree in related discipline or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected for the Linux technician position will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

What you’ll be doing

• Conducting systems integration and test 
• Participating in requirements definition and system design and development
• Analyzing system, functional and performance requirement

What you need to bring to the table:

• Experience with RHEL/CentOS/Fedora Linux Operating Systems

• Experience with Containers (Docker, Kubernetes, LXC) and/or Virtual Machines (QEMU/KVM, VMWare, Virtualbox)

• A strong work ethic and discipline

• Configuring and managing OpenShift deployments

• Service management with systemd

• Experience with Agile development
