    Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Management or Engineering, a related specialized area or field is required (or equivalent experience) plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.


    Department of Defense SECRET security clearance is preferred at time of hire. Applicants selected for the position will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

    Senior Logistics Specialist for Surface Ships Programs

    As the Senior Logistics Specialist for Surface Ship Programs you will provide ILS input to program plans and deliverables. Will assist in the development of supplier requirements and Statements of Work. Will assist in project/program tasks related to specific Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) elements. Will actively uncover technical and organizational risks and ensure communication to applicable engineering and program management staff, update risk management database and create ILS mitigation plans. Will define, review and analyze system requirements for enhancements/modifications for supportability. Will support and execute internal, customer and government audits and reviews for corrective action plans.


    What you’ll experience:

    • Independently create major sections of ILS deliverables – Provisioning, CDMD-OA, Tech Manuals
    • Perform duties and responsibilities as member or functional expert on process improvement teams and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs)
    • Contract Management, Upper Management, Internal and External Customer/Government Liaison

    What you bring to the table:

    • A Bachelor’s in Logistics, Management or Engineering, or a related specialized area or field is required (or equivalent experience), plus a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree.
    • Technical Manuals Creation - FrameMaker, Arbortext, Adobe Professional experience preferred
    • Solid knowledge and working execution experience in CDMD-OA and ICAPS databases preferred
    • Ability to coordinate with other disciplines for program/project resolutions/enhancements
