Advanced Engineering Support Specialist

Requires a Bachelor’s or Technology degree in Engineering or a related specialized area/field, or equivalent (4 years job-related experience). Requires an additional 5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree with 3+ years of job-related experience.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Department of Defense TS/SCI security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

Tech Support Specialist positoin available at Submarine Base Bangor, Works is on location due to the need interact with both the systems and customer

Sign on Bonus of $5000 due to the classificatioin of the program and unique skillset. 

Looking for someone with great verbal and written communication skills as well as the techincal skills so that they can overccome sytem issues in a timeley manner. 

Computer networking and the ability to obtain a SEC+ and COMPTIA certification will be required. 

Experience working with the Navy on complex electrical and computer systems is needed for consideration for this postion.

What you bring to the table:

• A Bachelor’s of Science or Technology degree, a related specialized area or field (or equivalent experience) plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
• Proficient understanding and application of engineering principles, concepts, practices, and standards
