Bachelor’s degree in a related specialized area or field or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.

Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. By effectively collaborating with our Telephony Switch team and various partners, the Sr. Telecommunications Specialist will provide monitoring, statusing and performing corrective (troubleshooting) and preventive maintenance of network operations, to include switching equipment, terrestrial and RF interfaces, and data communications equipment. You'll have the opportunity to plan and introduce new technologies into legacy telephony systems, conduct integration and testing, and manage a multiple phone systems. Utilizing your sound technical competency, you’ll participate in the strategic planning for new projects, collaborating with software engineers in developing custom network monitoring and providing effective mentoring for team members, supporting Enhanced Mobile Satellite Services program, part of the US Space Force.
