Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Instructional Technology or related field; or equivalent experience is required plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
Clearance Requirements:
Department of Defense Top Secret with Polygraph security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
General Dynamics Mission Systems (GDMS) has an immediate opening for a dedicated and adaptive Analyst/Technical Trainer to serve as the primary interface with new and existing employees as the Customer’s dedicated technical training Subject-Matter Expert and presenter of relevant program materials. The selectee will aid in the development and maintenance of a robust analytic and technical training curriculum by providing expertise on a range of telecommunications related topics and information. The selectee will work with on-site Customer Trainer to schedule technical training programs, both domestically and globally. The selectee will aid in evaluating how well new-hires and Staff officers are progressing and provide feedback to Customer and analysts as needed. The selectee will have opportunities to leverage existing expertise and have personal training opportunities from both Customer and GDMS for continued personal and profession development.
