Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field. Also requires 8+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 6 years of job-related experience. Agile experience preferred.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required (preferably at the date of hire, or must be obtainable within a reasonable period of time). As a Lead Systems Engineer (Sr Adv Systems Eng) for the Strategic Weapon Interface Simulator (SWIS), you will lead a cross-functional team responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of complex systems within our organization. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project success. The ideal candidate will have experience in systems engineering, project management, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
