We seek an experience and ethical Senior Principal Advanced Quality Engineer to lead quality assurance teams that design, implement and maintain quality assurance protocols and methods for processing materials into partially finished or finished products. This involves designing methods and procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating the precision and accuracy of production processes, production equipment and finished products as well as identifying and leading continuous improvement activities within the project.

What you bring to the table:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, a related specialized area or field is required (or equivalent experience) plus a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree (preferred) plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
  • Exceptional use and understanding of domain (hardware, software, systems, logistics, manufacturing) methodologies, tools, and standards
  • Exceptional knowledge of ISO 9001:2008, J-STD-001 SA, IPC-610, CMMI, ISO 14001ASME, ANSI, EIA, etc.
  • Experience working with and supporting Integration and Test
  • Experience leading RCCA efforts with techniques such as 8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa Fishbone Diagram, etc.
  • Able to support and provide input on AS9100 audits and customer surveillances 
  • Exceptional knowledge of use of relevant inspection/measurement tools and techniques
  • Automation experience using languages such as Phython, JavaScript, etc.
  • Strong experience using MS Office
  • Proposal support experience
  • Strong knowledge of government regulations
  • Experience in Quality and Mission Assurance 
  • Ensuring contractual requirements are met
  • Strong knowledge of the review of processes and procedures and their continuous improvement
  • Experience with CCBs, FRBs, MRBs, and CABs

Salary Note

This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled.

Combined Salary Range

USD $174,839.00 - USD $193,962.00 /Yr.
