Our team is rapidly scaling as we deliver critical new systems for the US warfighter, and we need experienced leaders with the strategic vision and business savvy to drive our growth strategy. Executed at multiple sites near Boston, Massachusetts, our programs are on the cutting edge of design and integration of advanced maritime systems, embedded electronics, and autonomy.
The Senior Manager of Growth will be adept at all facets of business development, leading our new business efforts with US Government, US allies, and commercial partners. We seek a highly experienced and assertive sales professional with the ability to build strong relationships with key business contacts and identify new business opportunities, initiatives, partnerships, alliances and/or joint ventures. Your expertise will help enable us to consistently monitor competitive activity and identify customer needs, supporting our business strategies for growth.
Shaper of the Opportunity Funnel: Track opportunities, ensuring timely follow-ups; work with marketing team to create promotional materials tailored to the defense and maritime sectors.
Strategic Relationships with Senior External Stakeholders: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, partners, and industry stakeholders, and represent General Dynamics Mission Systems at industry events.
A Proposal Powerhouse: Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored proposals and presentations for Government and commerical customers
Collect and Analyze Market Intelligence: Perform in-depth market research to identify potential customers, assess competitors, and stay ahead of emerging trends in the Autonomous Maritime Platforms market.
Trusted Adviser on Growth Strategies: Provide strategic advice to the Director of Growth and Vice President of Autonomous Maritime Platforms on growth strategies, investment recommendations.
