Transportation Specialist

As a Transportation Specialist, you’ll perform the administrative tasks involved in the shipping of materials, parts, supplies and equipment. We’ll rely on you to monitor and coordinate shipping activities, maintain daily status and ensure adherence to scheduling requirements. You’ll also coordinate and consolidate domestic systems to support shipments of products and develop transportation plans that meet cost and schedule goals as well as handle damage and loss claims against carriers.

What you bring to the table:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Clear knowledge of laws and government regulations regarding the shipment of products in a government contracting environment
• Ability to analyze and evaluate data relating to shipping
