Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required or the combination of education and relevant work experience plus minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
Key Responsibilities:
· Implement Data Privacy Program (DPP) requirements as mandated by corporate policies.
· Evaluate and ensure adherence to government and corporate privacy regulations.
· Conduct and lead privacy risk assessments and audits and lead the implementation of corrective actions.
· Educate, train, and guide managers and employees on the company's privacy requirements and compliance, covering aspects such as marking, transmission, storage, and disposal of data, as well as handling data breaches.
· Ensure compliance with all applicable privacy standards for data storage, usage, and document disposal procedures.
· Implement measures to monitor and mitigate risks associated with personal information stored across GDMS IT/Network infrastructures.
· Investigate and manage responses to data privacy inquiries, incidents, and issues, working to prevent and mitigate exposure.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
· Collaborates and works well cross-functionally throughout the business.
· Highly proficient in all Microsoft Office programs.
· Knowledge of, and compliance experience with, data protection laws, frameworks, and practices, including GDPR and CCPA.
Intermediate knowledge of Cyber, AI and other advance / emerging technology regulatory enviornments.
· Excellent computer/data management knowledge, including IT Security and Cyber Security.
· Excellent ability to communicate comfortably with senior management.
· Excellent ability to manage a risk profile and design effective mitigation strategies.
· Excellent analytical, written, and presentation skills.
