Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related specialized area or field is required and at least 0-3 years of related work experience. Agile experience preferred.

 

Candidates must be able to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance within a reasonable amount of time from date of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

 

Responsibilities for this Position

As an Engineering Leadership Program (ELP) Member for General Dynamics Mission Systems you’ll rotate across several cross functional teams within Orlando, Florida and opportunity to support other sites that are responsible for Strategic Weapon Deterrence, Shipboard Electronic Integration, Submarine Combat Systems and more. While completing different rotations you will also complete a technical master’s degree, undergo internal training, be involved in community engagement, and establish a strong professional network.

Depending  on rotation, this position is hybrid allowing you to flex your time between on site and home.

Salary Note

This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled.

Combined Salary Range

USD $82,000.00 - USD $86,000.00 /Yr.
