Basic Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field. Also requires 10+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 8 years of job-related experience. Agile experience preferred.

 

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire.  Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities for this Position

ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES:

 

Day to day activities:
• Partner with the engineering development team to guide the maturation of a product lifecycle

• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to build and test software applications along with product platforms that deliver end-to-end solutions for internal and external customers.
•Partner with infrastructure, firmware, and full-stack software developers in an iterative process to prioritize, scope, implement, test, ship, and evaluate platform features.

• Launch features with customers ensuring end-to-end delivery is successful and feedback is incorporated into the portfolio and product roadmap.

•Build in conjunction with the business area director a forward-looking roadmap & strategy for existing customers and iterate on possible future markets that leverage current and future portfolio technologies.

• Able to oversee multiple product developments at once to ensure the end product will meet the customer and users expectations

Communicate with customers remotely and on-site to understand their needs, how they are using our products, and how we can help them succeed.
• Scope proof of concept and pilot engagements on customer sites to collect feedback on features and measure value.

Workplace Options:
This position is fully remote with travel to Taunton, MA or Orlando, FL when necessary for team needs.

Salary Note

This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled.

Combined Salary Range

USD $197,220.00 - USD $209,000.00 /Yr.
