Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field. Also requires 5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience. Agile experience preferred.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Department of Defense Secret security clearance is preferred at time of hire. Candidates must be able to obtain a Secret clearance within a reasonable amount of time from date of hire. ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES:
The Space Force MUOS program is currently seeking a Web Software Developer and Data Analytics Engineer in our Scottsdale, AZ, location.
The Web Software Developer we seek will work with a small team to design, build, test, deploy and support enterprise web applications to modernize the management and integration of data and design information developed for our customers. The web applications will allow the product development team to store project data in a relational database, where the data not only provides the customer with complex re-build, upgrade, and sustainment information, but the data is also available for data mining in support of maintaining licensed software installs, license allocation, and system configurations.
In this role you’ll be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) designing. developing, integrating, testing, and maintaining web applications built on the Django Python Framework using a Microsoft SQL Server database for data storage.
