Systems Engineer (Test and Support Equipment)

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field. Also requires 2+ years of job-related experience or a Master's degree. Agile experience preferred.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required within a reasonable period of time. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES:

As a systems engineer for MK6 Guidance TES team, you’ll be a member of a cross functional team responsible for development of new and support of legacy Test and Support Equipment that directly supports both the TRIDENT II D5LE missile and the MARK 6 MOD 1 Guidance System.  There is also direct support of POD program (under the umbrella of Test and Support Equipment).

• Development of requirements/design of various Test and Support Equipment
• Understanding of Systems Engineering concepts
• Remote support of field sites at various locations (occasional travel required to sites)
• Other desired skillsets that may include:
  • Previous CAD development, circuit card development, VHDL experience, etc.
