Basic Qualifications

Education Requirements:

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field. Also requires 8+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 6 years of job-related experience. Agile experience preferred.

 

Clearance Requirements:

Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities for this Position

What you’ll experience:

  • Develop and optimize real-time embedded software for advanced GPS applications.
  • Work on cutting-edge projects involving precision-guided munitions and GPS tracking.
  • Collaborate with a development team to integrate C/C++ navigation software and improve its performance.

 

What you bring to the table:

  • Expert level experience in real-time embedded software and PC application development.
  • Expertise in GPS embedded applications
  • Proficiency in C/C++. Knowledge of Python and MATLAB is plus.
  • Strong background in low-level I/O, driver development, and board-level implementation.
  • A passion for mathematics and desire to be part of the navigation algorithm implementations.
  • Ability to develop tools for field test data analysis and customer support.
  • Strong communication skills.

Combined Salary Range

USD $132,229.00 - USD $141,000.00 /Yr.
