Basic Qualifications

Education Requirements:

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field. Also requires 8+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 6 years of job-related experience. Agile experience preferred.

 

Clearance Requirements:

Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities for this Position

ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES:


We are seeking an experienced SAFe Scrum Master/Team Coach with a strong technical background in web development and testing to guide and support our SCRUM teams. If you are passionate about Agile methodologies and have a proven track record in SAFe, we want to hear from you!  As a SAFe Scrum Master / Team Coach for the Multi-Level Security Applications and Test Teams, you’ll lead cross functional teams responsible for developing our secure collaboration applications and our CICD infrastructure.

  • Strong understanding of web development and testing processes.
  • Enthusiasm for Agile principles and fostering team success.

Workplace Options:
This position is hybrid/flex or remote.
While on-site, you will be a part of the San Antonio Enterprise Security Solutions (ESS) multilevel security portfolio.

Salary Note

This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled.

Combined Salary Range

USD $139,189.00 - USD $154,412.00 /Yr.
