IPT Lead - Columbia Class Design

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field. Also requires 5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience. Agile experience preferred.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Department of Defense Secret security clearance is preferred at time of hire and will be required. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES:

As an IPT Lead for Columbia Class Design (Adv Systems Eng), you will lead a cross-functional team to support Columbia/Dreadnaught Class Engineering activities, including design investigations, provisioning support, factory following support, and Cost Account Management (CAM) responsibilities.

Workplace Options:
This position is fully on-site.  Remote days are limited but can be considered on a case by case basis.
While on-site, you will be a part of the Pittsfield, MA campus.
