Business Systems and Data Analyst

Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a computer science, information technology, engineering, or scientific field or the equivalent is required plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Systems and Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, organizational, and technical skills, with a proven ability to manage complex systems and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. This role will play a critical part in managing enterprise software licenses, leading cross-functional projects, and leveraging advanced tools and AI platforms to enhance efficiency and decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and track complex software licenses across the enterprise, ensuring compliance and cost efficiency.
• Monitor and report costs and labor metrics across various engineering programs.
• Collaborate with supply chain teams to procure necessary software and hardware.
• Lead projects from initiation to operational handover, communicating effectively with all stakeholders.
• Oversee and manage complex projects across diverse development and stakeholder teams, employing Agile or Waterfall methodologies as appropriate.
• Utilize project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Microsoft Planner) to organize tasks and ensure timely delivery.
• Leverage AI platforms to optimize workflows and improve decision-making.
• Provide reporting and data analysis support, with a preference for experience in tools such as Microsoft Power BI.
• Break down complex problems into manageable components and develop actionable solutions.

Qualifications

Required:

• Strong experience with software license management, preferably within ServiceNow.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Planner.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI platforms for operational efficiency.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• A passion for continuous learning and improvement.

Preferred (but not required):

• Experience with reporting and querying tools such as Microsoft Power BI.
