Responsibilities for this Position

The Talent Development Specialist ensures organizational needs are met, while providing system support, security management, and collaborating on tool enhancements. The position involves leading projects, administering programs, conducting audits, and maintaining strong relationships across the enterprise, with a requirement for extensive HR systems experience and strategic thinking capabilities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Builds collaborative relationships with all Learning & Organizational Development (L&OD) team members and stakeholders.
  • Maintains and administers the Learning Management System (LMS), part of the L&OD Tool Suite, for the collection, retrieval, accessibility, and usage of employee training.
  • Administers scheduling and documentation of instructor led training (ILT) within the LMS to ensure compliance and proper retraining dates.
  • Leads, maintains and administers the Learning and Education Assistance Reimbursement (LEARN) Tool and program for employees seeking higher level degree programs.
  • Assists with enhancements and release updates to both the LMS and/or the LEARN Tool.
  • Responsible for data accuracy and integrity of the LEARN Tool for reporting out in the Power BI.
  • Provides guidance and level 1 & 2 support for employee questions regarding the L&OD Tool Suite.
  • Responds to tickets and troubleshoots technical issues related to the L&OD Tool Suite.
  • Implements assessments, tests, surveys, knowledge checks, workplace job aids, and e-learning packages for the improvement of employee skills and knowledge.
  • Generates reports and metrics for users and stakeholders.
  • Maintain effective relationships with various tuition partners and communicates benefits of the partnerships to the enterprise.
  • Supports internal and external audits of the L&OD Tool Suite.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Experience with Human Resource related systems, including Performance Management and Learning Management Systems.
  • Considerable knowledge in all Microsoft Office programs.
  • Understanding of company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.
  • Considerable analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Highly flexible, adaptable, and resilient in the face of change and ambiguity.

Salary Note

This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled.

Combined Salary Range

USD $75,946.00 - USD $82,176.00 /Yr.
