ILS Specialist

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Management or Engineering, a related specialized area or field is required (or equivalent experience) plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

Utilizing your strong knowledge of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Elements, you’ll assist in defining, reviewing and analyzing system requirements for enhancements/modifications for supportability by providing input to project/program plans and deliverables. Additionally, the Advanced Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Specialist will lead the review, development and modification of procedures and products for one or more ILS functions, while mentoring team members. Description of Needs:

• Demonstrates strong leadership capability within a team-based environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Detail Oriented
• Knowledge of ILS elements such as product support management and supply support in addition to software support
• Proficient in Microsoft products such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Key duties include tracking software and hardware along with data management, coordinating with internal teams regarding renewals and purchases, and management of secure ID tokens
• Supply support experience required to support shipping and receipt of hardware
• Procurement and training knowledge desired
• Self-starter able to work with minimal supervision
• May be required to fill in for team lead
• Individual contributor
