CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. The Test Operations Manager is responsible for the hands-on execution of all CWL and MTWS test activities and supports the Test Program Lead. This role owns lab operations, test asset configuration, daily execution authority, and real-time anomaly response. This position serves as the floor authority for all CWL and MTWS test events.
This role may require intermittent travel, both independently and as part of a team, to support customer meetings, reviews and test events in partner and government labs, as well as shipboard installations in domestic and international locations.

The candidate should be able to perform under a level of supervision where the supervisor, in this case, the Test Program Lead, sets the overall objectives and resources available. The candidate, in consultation with the Test Program Lead, will develop deadlines, projects, and work to be done. The candidate is expected to plan and carry out assignments independently, resolve most conflicts, coordinate work with others, and interpret policy on their own initiative. The candidate must keep the Test Program Lead informed of progress, potentially controversial matters, or far-reaching implications.
