We’re looking for a Calibration Services Coordinator to oversee scheduling, provide support, and maintain accurate systems while ensuring compliance with quality standards. What you’ll experience:

  • Calibration Services: Manage and support the scheduling and coordination of calibration activities across teams and vendors.
  • Collaboration: Act as the go-to liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams to address calibration needs and provide support.
  • Problem-Solving: Detect inconsistencies, troubleshoot issues, and uphold quality and compliance standards.
  • Impactful Work: Contribute to a reliable and efficient calibration process that supports overall operational excellence.
  • Hands-On Involvement: Support receipt and delivery of equipment from and to calibration.

What you bring to the table:

  • Industry Experience: Previous experience in calibration services or a related field.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with calibration and calibration management software or similar software systems.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions while maintaining compliance.
  • Organizational Expertise: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain accurate records.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and written communication to coordinate with teams, clients, and vendors.

Combined Salary Range

USD $74,714.00 - USD $80,842.00 /Yr.
