• An AA Degree or certification in assigned area is preferred if appropriate.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

Acting as a team player, we’ll rely on the Senior Advanced Shipping Associate to perform or support the physical or administrative tasks involved in the shipping, materials, parts, supplies, and equipment. You’ll monitor and coordinate shipping activities, maintain daily status for work area activities, and ensure adherence to scheduling requirements. You’ll also coordinate and consolidate domestic and international systems to support shipments, as well as ensure lowest cost transportation by analyzing company and customer needs, researching transportation methods and auditing carrier costs and performances.

What you bring to the table:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent plus a minimum of 6 years of related experience. An AA degree or certification in assigned area is preferred if appropriate
  • Specialized certifications such as IATA, 49CFR
  • Distinct knowledge of the enterprise software tools

Workplace Options:
This position is fully on-site. 
While on-site, you will be a part of the Manassas VA facility.

Salary Note

This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled.

Combined Salary Range

USD $31.63 - USD $34.69 /Hr.
