Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, Technology or Mathematics field. Also requires 2+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree and 6 months of job-related experience. Agile experience preferred.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:: Department of Defense Secret security clearance is obtainable within a reasonable amount of time after hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES:
As a systems engineer for Integrated Support Facility guidance program, you’ll be a member of a cross-functional team responsible for the test and diagnosis of the current iteration of the TRIDENT II D5LE missile guidance system. This work will target coodination between multiple engineering disciplines to better suit the current mission.

Data analysis, troubleshooting various issues/failures of equipment and formulating solutions to said issues
Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate with various levels of management/clients/customers
Document troubleshooting plans on both new and fielded systems and/or provide evaluation and test support to ensure all technical features are functioning properly
Basic understanding of electrical diagrams as well as physics is beneficial in this role as well.
Ability to work within a strong fundamental team environment
Experience with MATLAB (preferred) as well as LabVIEW
Ability to read and comprehend both mechanical and electrical drawings
Motivated self-starter, and strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to comprehend technical documents and interpret testing limits and requirements
