Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience is required plus a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience; or
• Master's degree plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.

 

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire.  Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

What You Will Do

Contractual Leadership

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all contractual communications and commitments with customers and subcontractors
  • Negotiate contracts and subcontracts within established business goals, documenting substance of discussions, agreements, and outcomes
  • Provide expertise and innovative recommendations on contracting and programmatic issues

Program Support & Risk Management

  • Partner with Program Managers, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, and Legal to ensure contract requirements are fully understood and effectively executed
  • Monitor contract and subcontract performance for scope changes and take appropriate corrective action
  • Manage the contract change process to mitigate performance risk

Work Model: Hybrid | 2 days Onsite Marion, Virginia – 3 days WFH

Salary Note

This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled.

Combined Salary Range

USD $151,040.00 - USD $163,430.00 /Yr.
