Principal Field Support Representative

Minimum of 25 weeks of military technical training school, along with an additional thirteen years of related experience is required. OR, two years of directly related non-military technical trade school or the equivalent experience, along with an additional thirteen years of related experience is required. OR, Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or the equivalent experience, along with an additional nine years of related experience is required. Industry certifications are highly preferred.

With an ability to act as a system technical advisor for all levels of customer leadership, the Principal Field Support Representative will install and repair equipment, instruct customers in equipment operation, provide technical assistance, and check equipment for malfunctions. We’ll rely on you to conduct technical analysis of product implementations, modifications and enhancements in accordance with specific customer specifications and implementations. Basically, you’ll troubleshoot technical problems and issues, determine technical solution in accordance with product and customer specifications, and recommend actions to company or customer representatives for coordinative product solution. Assessing product needs in accordance with customer specifications, you will conduct technical training and product briefing with customers, vendors and company representatives. We’ll depend on you to act as local on-site representative to customer's organization. It’s an exceptional challenge and for a true leader, it’s an equally exceptional opportunity.

What you bring to the table:

• Minimum of 25 weeks of military technical training school, along with an additional thirteen years of related experience is required. • Proficient in the use of software tools such as HyperTerminal
• Proficiency of test and diagnostic equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.
