Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant supervisory experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 3 years of experience.

Responsibilities for this Position

  • Experience in team leadership, which focus on electronics development.
  • Experience using Altium and Xpedition for PCB design.
  • Experience with library management practices in either Altium or Xpedition.

What sets you apart:  

 

  • Strong experience in driving continuous improvement in Engineering process and tools
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills, bridges communication across teams
  • Experience with PCB layout tools from the Mentor Graphics suite (xDM, Xpedition. DXdatabook, BoardStation, Hyperlynx).
  • Experience with Altium Designer 27 or Altium IPC footprint and schematic generators
  • Experience with library management practices in Altium or Xpedition. 
  • Experience with schematic capture in Xpedition and Altium is valuable.
  • Basic knowledge of IPC and manufacturing standards.
  • In depth knowledge of CCA fabrication techniques.  Ability to communicate with suppliers when asked to provide clarification on design documentation packages.

Salary Note

This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled.

Combined Salary Range

USD $140,421.00 - USD $155,780.00 /Yr.
