With the ability to influence others while demonstrating superior communication and collaboration skills, the Advanced Customer Support Technician will screen, refer and diagnose internal inquiries and work requests as they relate to the maintenance of personal computers and related systems. You may prepare help desk incident reports and assist in hardware and software evaluation. You’ll also respond to and diagnose problems and answer queries regarding computer hardware, software, printers, network and telecommunications systems. These requests may be internal and external client-focused for company-hosted web-enabled solutions.  This is a 2nd Shift position.

Salary Note

This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled.

Combined Salary Range

USD $31.14 - USD $33.40 /Hr.
