CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Department of Defense Secret security clearance is obtainable within a reasonable amount of time after hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities for this Position

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Office and Facility Operations
  • Receives, inspects, and logs incoming materials and deliveries; coordinates with engineering staff to ensure proper disposition.
  • Packs and prepares materials for outbound shipment in support of direct program activities.
  • Processes and tracks shipping requests, coordinating with freight carriers and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintains and restocks office supplies, breakroom consumables, and general facility items to support daily operations.
  • Manages the on-site stockroom, including inventory tracking, organization, and control of parts and materials.
  • Escorts visitors and coordinates with the Facility Security Officer (FSO) to ensure compliance with site access requirements.
  • Conducts routine inspections of safety equipment (AED, fire extinguishers) and maintains associated records.
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for facilities issues, IT support coordination, and outside vendors.
  • Travel and Expense Management
  • Coordinates travel arrangements for on-site employees, including transportation, lodging, and itinerary planning, with awareness of applicable security processes for international travel.
  • Prepares and submits expense reports for travel reimbursements on behalf of on-site employees to ensure timely filing.
  • Maintains familiarity with company travel policy and expense reporting tools to provide accurate guidance to on-site employees.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Self-starter who can work independently, with or without established procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and a penchant for accuracy.

What you bring to the table:

  • A High School Diploma or the equivalent is required. In addition, Related Vocational Training plus a minimum of 2 years administrative or business experience
  • Prior experience in office administration, shipping/receiving, stockroom operations, or facilities support preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Solid writing and editing skills, vocabulary and grammar
  • Self-starter who can apply discretion when dealing with sensitive information/situations

Salary Note

This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled.

Combined Salary Range

USD $23.39 - USD $25.09 /Hr.
