Bachelor's degree in a related specialized area or field or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience is required plus a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. The Human Systems Usability Manger will lead an enterprise-wide team responsible for usability of some of our country’s most advanced mission critical technologies.
ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES:
As the Human Systems Usability Manager for General Dynamics Mission Systems, you’ll represent enterprise Human Systems & Usability across all lines of business. You’ll lead a cross-functional team responsible for development of highly usable integrated solutions. While you’ll focus on how the human and the system interact, you will also coordinate with engineering leadership on the technical approach and business leadership on requirements and budget.
