In our fast-evolving environment, you will lead a team responsible for delivering reliable, secure, and effective technology services that enable employee productivity and collaboration across the organization. This role manages the planning, delivery, support, and continuous improvement of workplace technology capabilities, including end-user computing, collaboration tools, conferencing technologies, productivity applications, and related service-management processes. The manager partners with business stakeholders, IT teams, cybersecurity, and vendors to ensure services align with organizational priorities, customer needs, security requirements, and operational objectives.
The successful candidate will provide day-to-day leadership for technical personnel, establish team priorities, allocate resources, monitor service performance, and ensure timely resolution of operational issues. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining service and hardware roadmaps, managing projects and initiatives, tracking budgets, and identifying opportunities to improve employee experience through process improvements, automation, AI-enabled capabilities, and self-service solutions. The manager will use operational data, customer feedback, and service metrics to drive measurable improvements in service quality, availability, adoption, and cost effectiveness.
This role requires strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills, along with a working knowledge of end-user services, IT service management, workplace collaboration technologies, and modern productivity platforms. The Workforce Productivity Manager will foster a collaborative, accountable, and customer-focused team environment while ensuring delivery of scalable, compliant, and supportable technology solutions. In this role, you will also encourage employee development by fostering continuous learning, providing coaching and training opportunities, and ensuring team members remain current on emerging technologies, service-delivery practices, and evolving customer needs.
15-20% travel will be required.
