Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field, plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance in a reasonable amount of time. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
The Deputy Program Manager, Engineering (DPME) will provide day-to-day program management leadership for the Obsolescence Refresh Program (including but not limited to 015 Converter Refresh, Displays Refresh, MBI-2 Refresh). This role is responsible for integrated planning, cost and schedule performance, risk and issue management, cross-functional coordination, customer meeting preparation, and maintenance of core program-management artifacts.
The successful candidate will work across engineering, supply chain, finance, operations, and functional organizations to maintain program execution discipline, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure accurate, timely communication to internal and external stakeholders.
