Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related Science or Mathematics field, plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Department of Defense Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a TOP SECRET with Polygraph eligibility is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collects, organizes, and analyzes project data; generates and/or reviews metrics
• Designs methods and procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating production processes, equipment, and
finished products
• Implements and maintains quality assurance protocols for processing materials
• Performs analysis of reports and production data to identify trends and recommend updates to quality
standards
• Performs audits, assigns corrective actions, and verifies implementation
• Witnesses and/or monitors test activities
• Reviews documents, drawings, and instructions for conformance to requirements
• Resolves problems of moderate scope
• Participates in project reviews and meetings, including technical design reviews and technical peer reviews
• Interfaces with various engineering disciplines, manufacturing, program management, and other quality
personnel
