Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant supervisory experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 3 years of experience.

 

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Department of Defense Secret security clearance is preferred at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

We apply advanced technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, AR/VR, Cloud Native and Quantum Physics to solve our customers’ missions in cyber, RF, undersea, interstellar and everything in between.

Acting as a team lead, the Senior Advanced Manufacturing Planning Specialist will manage all aspects of production and material support on multiple programs, or one large, very complex program. We’ll rely on you to identify costs and bidding/estimating strategies ensuring all cost/schedule risks are clearly identified and understood by management, as well as assist in detailed proposal analysis with proposal management team. You’ll routinely interface with supply chain and suppliers on primary strategies for negotiation and/or problem resolution.

What you’ll experience:

  • Oversee daily lab operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and top-notch equipment maintenance.
  • Manage schedules for inspections, testing, calibration, shipping, and validation to keep projects on track.
  • Organize tools, equipment, and inventory while maintaining optimal stock levels.
  • Act as the key connection between engineering and logistics teams, aligning goals and timelines.
  • Lead equipment builds and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
  • Lead manufacturing activities during equipment build periods

  • Organize workflows to keep the lab and depot operations running efficiently

Salary Note

This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled.

Combined Salary Range

USD $154,463.00 - USD $171,358.00 /Yr.
