High School Diploma or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 7 years of related experience.
The successful Travel Windows Systems Administrator must have:
- Demonstrate 5-8 yrs. of directly related experience in Tier II and Tier III support
- 5+ years' experience with Installing, configuring and supporting windows-based applications on Windows 7, 8, and 10 desktop systems, both virtual and physical
- Analyzing requirements for deployment of new desktop applications, creating deployment plans and automation processes for new applications
- Extensive knowledge of Server and PC hardware and software maintenance
- Hands-on experience managing Windows Active Directory Services
- Demonstrated experience with WSUS and preferred experience with System Center Configuration Manager for patch management
- Demonstrated experience with Group Policy Management, to include creation of policies, troubleshooting and maintaining
- Desktop Image creation and validation using System Center Configuration Manager
- Maintaining updated drive packs for various hardware vendors including Dell and HP
- Hands-on experience supporting additional Microsoft products (Office, Project, etc.)
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in utilization of Remedy
- Familiar with antivirus and security software (HBSS) and troubleshooting services affected by these software applications
- Proficient with TCP/IP network protocol, to include a basic understanding of networking components (switches, routers, taclanes, etc.) and infrastructure -Demonstrated experience with applying STIGs to systems, applications and components and troubleshooting STIG related issues
- Demonstrates experience administrating Hyper-V and clustered services
- Must be able to travel 75% of the time (CONUS)

The successful Network Engineer must have:
- Expertise in routing protocols, TCP/IP protocols, security requirements and network communications.
- Expertise in with network monitoring and reporting tools and technology
- Experience with Firewalls to include Palo Alto and Juniper
- Expertise in Tier III support
- Familiarity with applicable DISA, IC, and coalition security requirements documents such as STIGS
- Expertise with CISCO Routers, Switches, WAN Protocols (EIGRP), QOS, LAN and Data Center Protocols (Spanning -Tree, Fabric-enabled technologies, VoIP to support Data, Voice and Video)
- Familiarity with authentication and authorization to include 802.1X, ISE, RSA, etc.
- Familiarity with CISCO ASA appliances
- Experience with VTC systems to include Tandberg and Polycom
- Experience with Voice Over IP (VoIP)
- Familiarity with general Unix OS functionality
- Hands-on configuration experience with KG-175's
- Experience adapting to changing environments and coordinate large scale implementations using available resources
- Experience working helpdesk functions
- Experience with technical writing IE: SOPs, technical proposals, etc.
- Experience with Visio
- Experience with Network monitoring, preferably Solarwinds
